Ganga kick starts blacktopping work

SAMBA, Oct 25: Giving further pace to the development activities in the area, former Minister and senior BJP leader, Chander Parkash Ganga inaugurated blacktopping works at Amowal of Panchayat Salmeri,Vijaypur under City and Town Plan to be completed at the cost of Rs 37 lakhs.
Ganga, while speaking on the occasion, said that it is a matter of great satisfaction and pride that almost all the roads in the Vijaypur constituency have been constructed, renovated and black topped . He extended complete credit to the locals for their cooperation and appreciation towards effective implementation of Government schemes.
He appreciated the present dispensation for living up to the expectations of people by fulfilling their developmental needs besides satiating their aspirations in all respects. He said that the Government is working tirelessly towards extending enhanced basic services to every part of the area. “The Kandi belts are being provided better infrastructure and other requisite facilities and all the genuine demands of these people are being given priority by the Central Government.
Prominent persons of the area who were present on the occasion were  Sandoor Singh, Sarpanch Salmeri, Anoop Kumar, Panch Amowal,  Rajan  Sharma, Ajay Kumar, Sat Pal, Kalu Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Nand Lal and many others.
