JAMMU, Mar 7: Celebrities Vivek Agnihotri (Film Director) and Pallvi Joshi (actress)along with leaders of Global Kashmiri Pandit Diaspora (GKPD) participated in an interaction programme organised by Helpline Humanity at Jagti township. The, volunteers, youth and the staff of the Helpline Humanity which runs Mata Saraswati Pustakalaya a library cum Book Bank for last 27 in the service of displaced students participated in the programme.
While the leaders expressed their satisfaction over the role of the Helpline Humanity terming it a candle in the darkness, the speakers said the service given by the organization in the field of education by giving the students the academic books. The speakers including Dr. Surinder Kaul (Founder GKPD), Virender Kaul (GKPD), Yoginder Koul (Retd IGP), Utpal Kaul (Indian Head GKPD), Aryan Ramesh (GKPD J&K Head) and B L Jalali (Director Helpline Humanity) threw light on the present problems which the community is facing however they were all showed their confidence in the displaced youth who made the community proud through their education.
Ojasvi Raina volunteer of Helpline Humanity read the activities of Helpline Humanity and she gave the details of the services given by the organisation and also threw light on its future programmes. Sangeeta Shishoo another volunteer briefed the visitors about the role played by the helpline Humanity in the field of education and providing free online coaching classes to the aspirants of JKSSRB through the expert faulty members.,
Ankush Razdan one of the faculty member briefed the team about the teaching techniques provide to the students who are appearing different competitive exams with latest technology. Ishani Koul volunteer gave the welcome address.
In his address M K Bhat, President Helpline Humanity thanked the leaders particularly the leaders of GKPD for their support and encouragement.
