Sat enquires about health of people, inspects facilities at quarantine centre

JAMMU, May 22: To know about the health of people and the facilities being provided to them at Paloura quarantine centre near Janipur Police Station, former State president, BJP Sat Sharma (CA) along with BJP Jammu West team visited the site with officials and enquired about the well being of the people placed under quarantine and other facilities provided to them. Sharma was also accompanied by district president, Munish Khajuria, Mandal president, Raveesh Mengi, district general secretary and incharge Quarantine Centres, Adv Karan Sharma and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that a fruitful visit was conducted to the centre where dozens of people have been kept under observation and he appreciated the efforts of J&K Government for their relentless service in combating this global pandemic and providing proper meals to the people who are placed under quarantine. Sat asked the concerned officials to be ready to go to any extent to provide security and other quarantine facilities to them.  Sharma also appealed to all people who are placed under quarantine to follow and stick to the medical protocols laid down by the Government.
Munish and Raveesh asked the officials to keep a clean and conducive atmosphere and also lauded the work done by administration in these times to protect citizens safety. They also stated that if any help is required on their part they are always willing to help the needy in every way possible.
District vice president, Ajay Manhas, Mandal general secretaries, Sanjay Bhat and Sangeeta Verma, Rohit Gupta, Sanjay Bakshi, Kannav Gupta and Sanjay Gupta were also present.
