RAMBAN, Feb 7: Two Sarpanchs Mustaq Ahmed and Nisar Ali have demanded immediate identification of land for construction of Veterinary Hospital at Chanderkote. The demand was made by them in an interactive Session cum camp organized by Department of Animal Husbandry, Ramban at Chanderkote.
They however assured the Department to provide an alternative accommodation for shifting of Veterinary Hospital Chanderkote on immediate basis so that the Veterinary Hospital can be made functional.
Two film shows related to dairy were shown during the camp at Panchayat Bhawan Kunfer, Chanderkote in Ramban district.
The Camp was organized by the Department of Animal Husbandry Ramban. The film shows related to good milch animals, clean milk production and dairy business.
Besides, the Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Ramban, 50 progressive farmers of the area, one lady farmer, Chairman Panchayats Chanderkote Nikhil Sharma, Manager NABARD, Ramban, Iliyas Bhat, Lead Bank officer Ramban, Mr Mohan and Sarpanchs of the area participated.
