SRINAGAR, May 5: At a function on Islamic culture in Kashmir, organized by Directorate of Students Welfare, Central University Kashmir, Khuwaja Farooq Renzushah delivered key note addresses.
Vice Chancellor of the Central University, Prof Mehraj-ud-Din Mir, Registerar Prof Zargar, Director Fayaz Nika, Director Planning and Finance, Prof Gilkar, Galaxy of Scholars, a number of youth and students were present on the occasion.
Renzushah said that Islamic culture in Kashmir is the symbol of proud civilization based on love and humanity. He said that hate has no scope to exist in the society shaped by great saint Hazrat Bulbulshah, who succeed to influence the king of the time Hazrat Sadder-ud-din Rinchan Shah through his nobility and strong ideology of love. He said that Hazrat Amir Kabbir brought great revolution in the economy of Kashmir by up-gradating it through skill developments. He said that new generation has to understand their past and contribution of great saints who made Kashmir proud throughout the world through their messages of love and brotherhood.
Renzushah said that it was not only Hazrat Sadder-ud-Din who was influenced to launch the revolution of love in Kashmir by Hazrat Bulbulshah, but he influenced the queen Kota Rani, her father Rawan Chand who was minister of king to adopt path of love and eradicated terror from society.
He expressed his happiness that scholars, educationalists and educated youth in particular have taken such keen interest in exploring their cultural past, which is evident from such a large gathering of such learned personalities and educated youth in this huge hall of Central University.
On this occasion, VC Central University, Prof Mehraj-ud-Din said that university will definitely encourage the youth to be guided towards the path of love, so that world may acknowledge their talent from positive perceptions.
