Rehabilitation of militants threat to national security: Bhim

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Mar 25:Prof Bhim Singh, chief patron of National Panthers Party today said that security of the entire nation stands threatened by Omar Abdullah Government through the policy to rehabilitate surrendered militants.
Addressing a hurriedly called press conference, here today, Prof Singh said that there were several questions which need to be answered to understand the real agenda of this so-called Rehabilitation Policy.
He expressed grave concern over the security of national border along J&K because of the abetment of the State Chief Minister to import militants from Pakistan via Nepal under the pretext of rehabilitation of surrendered militants.
Giving example of Liaquat Shah, who was arrested by Delhi Police on entering India via Nepal along with six Pakistani nationals, Prof Singh said that more than 250 militants have entered J&K via Nepal with the approval and support of the State Government, which issues I-cards to these militants.
“These Cards are issued by the persons holding Pakistani passports on their entry to Nepal. The Pakistani Passports get disappeared and the I-Cards issued by the Government of J&K enable these persons to enter India and go to J&K with the fixed agenda settled between the Chief Minister of J&K and the ISI,” Prof Singh alleged and termed the entire exercise as a fraud and blunder, posing danger to security of the country.
He also demanded immediate dismissal of Omar Abdullah Government for the interest of Jammu and  Kashmir and entire country.
