POONCH, Dec 28: A youth hailing from Pak occupied Kashmir (PoK) and captured by security agencies in Akhnoor area recently, was repatriated to that side from Chakkan-da-Bagh LoC point in Poonch today.
Official sources said that 24-year-old Abdul Rehman, son of Asgar Ali, resident of Rashidabad in PoK was today handed over to the Pakistani authorities at Chakkan- Da- Bagh point by the security agencies. The family members of Rehman had also arrived there to receive him.
Rehman was captured on this side of the LoC in Khour area of Akhnoor by the security forces on December 17, 2015. He had crossed over to this side inadvertently. The Pak authorities established contact with the Indian security agencies and today he was handed over to them at around 12 noon.
