JAMMU, June 6: BJP leaders in a meeting here, today while highlighting the eight years achievement of Narendra Modi Government cautioned the people against those forces who are trying to create disturbances in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir after their failure in Shaheen Bagh and other agitations.
The meeting, which was chaired by party spokesperson, G L Raina and among others attended by HL Bhat, Ashok Kangan, Moti Lal Pandita and Raju said that many public welfare programmes were launched by Modi Government for the welfare and upliftment of poor and marginalised sections of the society which included Ujwala, Kissan Samman Nidhi, houses for homeless, Gareeb Kalyan Yojna etc. They said the role of Modi Government in leading the world in the fight against dreaded COVID has built India’s image all over the globe.
Addressing the meeting H L Bhat and Ashok Kangan said that opposition parties who are in a state of desperation and shock after losing the power are exploiting the people for their vested interests. They said the Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal who mocked the community on the release of Kashmir Files has overnight tried to pose its messiah.
The meeting said Kashmir Pandits have full faith in the leadership of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah who have taken various steps for the development of J&K UT and weeding out of terrorism. However, the forces who failed to outwit BJP and Modi through Shaheen Bagh and farmers agitation are now using the Kashmir angle but they will fail in their designs again.
