UDHAMPUR, Dec 16: A middle-aged man died under mysterious circumstances at Jib village in Majalta area of Udhampur district.
A police spokesman said that one Kishore Kumar (52), son of Prem Nath, resident of Jib Majalta in Udhampur, was found unconscious at his house and family members took him to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors declared him as dead.
Later, the body was sent for postmortem. The police after completion of all the formalities and postmortem handed over the body to family members.
Police registered a case under 174 CrPC and further investigation was launched. Police was suspecting some foul play.
