JAMMU, Oct 24: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) today held a protest here at New Plot against the Central Government for their announcement to hold talks with all the stake holders in J&K.
Led by Sunil Dimple, JWAM president, protesters were demanding that there should be no talks with the separatists who are responsible for terror funding in Kashmir as well as in other parts of J&K. The protesting activists also torched effigies of the Central and State BJP-PDP Government to express their resentment against the Cetral Government’s decision to hold talks with the Hurriyat.
Addressing the protesters, Sunil Dimple opposed the unconditional talks announced by the Union Home Minister, Raj Nath Singh, with all the stake holders. Dimple threatened of Jammu bandh on the opening day of the Darbar move offices in Jammu if the Central Government holds talks with Pakistani agents.
Coming down heavily on the Union Home Minister for his announcement to hold talks with all stake holders in J&K, Dimple demanded the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to impose Governor Rule in the State and declare emergency in the State.
