SRINAGAR, Mar 4: Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) has demanded strict implementation of the Transfer Policy and shift those who remain posted at one place.
In a press statement, JKTJAC General Secretary Saleem Sagar said that transfer of teachers is necessary to uplift the standard of students in Government schools, in addition to give a sigh of relief to those teachers who have to travel long distances to attend duties. He urged upon the authorities to come up with a rational transfer policy in favour of all the teachers to avoid discrimination with any one.
