JAMMU, Sept 20: NHPC Dulhasti Power Station organised a free medical camp for local peoples and employees at Chenab Hospital, Dulhasti Power Station, Kishtwar today in the courtesy of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super Specialty Hospital, under Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development (CSR&SD) initiative.
M K Kashyap, Group General Manager (Incharge) Dulhasti Power Station inaugurated the medical camp.
In this medical camp, patients were examined and counseled by Dr. Bhanu P Singh, Senior Consultant, Internal Medicine and Dr. Sushant Kumar.
On this occasion, Dr. Nisha Sharma, General Manager (Medical Services), Dr. R P Singh, Group Deputy General Manager (HR), Ashok Kumar Dhanwal, Senior Manager (HR) along with officers and employees of Dulhasti Power Station and a large number of local people were present.
During the medical camp health check up of around 106 people was done and necessary medicines were also provided as per the requirement. Elderly, women and children participated enthusiastically in the medical camp and took advantage of the facilities available. The camp was highly successful with participation of large number of people.
Dulhasti Power Station also organized “Hindi noting-drafting competition” today under Hindi fortnight at Kishtwar.
