Sir,
It has become a common practice with BSNL to offer defective service . It does not matter to them if mobile phones are rendered useless as their All India server gets immobilized. Thousands of cell phone users are put to hazardous difficulties as they cannot speak to or hear from their nears and dears. Even during peak hours , connectivity is a gross problem as the response is either caller busy, No such number, All lines are busy etc.The position with broad band , modem etc; is also bad as many times one cannot operate internet facilities. About bills SMS messages are received quite well in advance directing to pay bills in advance. Now no bills with call details are sent to the users. In the days of competitive service market, BSNL shall have to change or quit to make room for other giants.
Yours etc…….
