JAMMU, Mar 9: All J&K Retd NGO Police Personnel Forum has framed new body for teshil Bishnah here today.
Bihari Lal was made president, Sukhdev Singh as vice president, Bodh Raj as general secretary, Joginder Singh as secretary, Mulakh Raj as cashier and Nago Ram as spokeman.
The release said that the body for other tehsils and districts of entire J&K will be announced later.
