JAMMU, July 23: Block Congress Committee Bishnah has constituted an ex-servicemen and Medical Cells in the block.
In a meeting of the BCC held here today under the chairmanship of Capt Harshverdhan Sharma, president, the office bearers unanimously constituted ex-servicemen and Medical Cell for strengthening the party in the area.
Gurnam Singh was nominated as chairman, Capt Nek Ram vice chairman, Omkar Singh vice chairman, Bishan Dass secretary and Punjab Singh joint secretary of the Cell. Some excutive members were also nominated.
Dr Kuldip Singh was nominated as chairman, Dr Bawa Ram and Dr Kartar Chand vice chairpersons, Dr Bodh Raj secretary, Dr Sanjeev Gupta joint secretary and eight others as members of the executive committee of the Medical Cell.
