JAMMU, Nov 1: State Teachers Coordinator for Youth Leadership Training Programme, Art of Living Arunima Sinha today called upon the Divisional Commissioner Jammu Shantmanu and apprised him about the activities of Art of Living.
She was accompanied by other teachers of Art of Living including Bhagwati, Sunita, Meenu, Delair, Tehasabi, and other teachers.
She told the Divisional Commissioner that the Art of Living will be organizing 8-day training programme for the youth to channelize their energy in a right direction. She informed that the participants for the training programme will be between the age group of 18-40. She said that the first training programme will start soon at R. S. Pura.
Arunima Sinha said that the motive for organizing the training programme is to make an individual happy, stress free and become a responsible citizen of the country. She briefed about the different sessions of the 8-day training programme.
Divisional Commissioner appreciated the effort of Art of Living and asked them to conduct more such programmes regularly in different parts of the State so that the youth of the state become responsible and contribute his role for the welfare of the State.
