Anandotsav Mela witnesses heavy footfall

JAMMU, Oct 27: Anandotsav Mela-Exhibition and Fun Fair organized by The Women’s Hub–a social club of 60 enthusiastic women from Jammu witnessed heavy footfall here today.
The mela was jointly organized by president, The Women’s Hub, Kriti Aggarwal along with other volunteers namely Mansi Gupta, Meena Sharma, Radhika, Ruby Khanna, Seloni, Preeti Jain, Rachna Khanna, Rupali Mahajan, Richa Chopra, Neha Mahajan and Anjali Aggarwal.
The Mela was organized especially for ladies in view of the forthcoming ‘Karvachauth’ festival.
Various stalls including of apparels, bangles, jewellery, accessories, sweets, cakes, gifts and attractive packing were placed in. The stalls were placed in by the budding women entrepreneurs of the State. The special attraction of the mela was ‘Mehandi Waala’.
During the mela, the children were attracted with games, fancy stationery, toys and sweets.
Some of the visiting ladies expressed their desire for such kind of melas in the future also.
While talking to Excelsior, Kriti Aggarwal, President, The Women’s Hub, told that the ‘Anandotsav Mela’ received a tremendous response. Some of the women during the mela also expressed their desire to join the Club, she added. She informed that this for the second time, when this kind of mela has been organized by the Club.
After witnessing the response of this Anandotsav Mela for the second time, we are now planning for such kind of fests in future also, she added.
