SAMBA, Dec 6: Activists of Youth National Conference (NC) here today staged a protest demonstration demanding immediate restoration of mobile internet services.
The protesters were led by Rajeshwar Singh, Vice President of Youth NC for Jammu Province and they raised slogans in support of their demand.
Rajeshwar Singh told reporters that due to the snapping of internet services students are suffering in their studies and many of them are forced to travel several kilometres away to fill online forms.
He also said that businessmen are also suffering in the absence of internet services as they are unable to file GST returns in time and their online trade has also been badly hit.
The NC leader then raised the issue of Sarore toll plaza and said that it will badly hit the local economy and create stress on businessmen, lorry drivers, students and youth commuting daily to Jammu.
Rohit Kundal, Shanu Jasrotia, Ronit Jamwal, Vijay Kumar, Harsh Sambyal, Gorav Sambyal, Satish Kumar, Kitish Katal, Rahual Sumbria, Rome Jasrotia and others were also present in the protest demonstration.
