RAJOURI, July 11: A young housewife was allegedly raped by a teen- aged boy at Kotranka in Rajouri district.
The police said husband of 32-year-old, Neha Devi-32 (name changed), hailing from Ransoo area of Reasi, presently residing at Kotranka has lodged report at Kandi Police Station alleging that one Mohd Anwar, son of one Mohd Misri, resident of Targain, at present Kotranka entered their rented room forcibly and committed rape on her and escaped. He also snatched Rs 5000 cash and her silver anklets.
The police registered a case FIR No. 57/ 2019 under Sections 376/452/ 382 RPC against the accused and started investigation. The accused has gone underground.
