JAMMU, Dec 25: Yashpal Sharma, MLC and PDP candidate for Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency, today held a public meeting at Ward No. 31 in Talab Tillo.
The meeting was organized by Gurdev Singh, PDP vice president for Jammu West, in coordination with Puneet Jamwal, president Jammu West PDP.
While addressing the gathering, Yashpal Sharma sought support of the people of Jammu region to provide a strong political alternative in the State. He alleged that the employment policy announced by the State Government was a cruel joke with the educated unemployed youth of the State. The educated youth are agitating in every corner of the State for employment but the Government doesn’t have any policy for them, he added.
PDP spokesperson Rangil Singh, who also spoke on the occasion, said that PDP has not only emerged as an alternative of NC in the State but also earned credibility of people through its convictions and commitments.
State secretary Jajgeet Singh Jagga, Rajinder Manhas, Haji Taj Khan, Davinder Dogra, Shishu Gandotra, Ashutosh Kapoor, Rajat Gupta, Rahul and Sanjeev Kapoor and others attended the public meeting.
