JAMMU, Nov 17: A two-day long workshop was organized by Bhargava Public School, Supwal (Samba) on Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and present day education system in India.
Principal of the school, Vivek Arora and a renowned faculty of Mathematics, Avinash Mahajan jointly conducted the workshop on CCE.
The session began with some motivational thoughts and videos played through PPTs. On first day of the workshop problems being faced by teachers in day to day life and various challenges given by students in classroom teaching was the burning topic.
Mahajan focused on these issues with certain power point presentations and resolved their doubts with very impressive videos and messages. Besides this, principal of the school stressed upon the teachers to keep on updating themselves through reading and by using the innovative methods in teaching.
On the second day a self grooming session for staff was taken by the Headmistress of the school and concluded with a high tea.
