JAMMU, Nov 5: A woman succumbed to her burn injuries here today, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Inderjeet Kour, wife of Surinder Singh, a resident of Chatha Pind District Jammu.
She along with her husband received burn injuries due to LPG cylinder blast and was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to her injuries.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Chatha Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
