UDHAMPUR, June 5: While a young woman was died of fall from a hill, a nomad went missing in remote Dudu area of district Udhampur.
Official sources said that 37-year-old Gesho Devi, wife of Sheshi Kumar, resident of Dudu fell down from a hill on Thursday and suffered severe injuries on her head. She was died after being shifted to local hospital. The parents of the woman have alleged some foul play and demanded fair investigation into the case.
Meanwhile, 54- year-old Shivraj (Nomad-Gaddi), resident of Pattangarh had gone to Seoj Dhar along with his sheep and goats. He had some clash with some nomads of the other community at Ranmatha over grazing issue and he was missing for the last two days. The family members lodged report with Dudu police. SHO, Basantgarh along with police party and locals, has started search for the missing nomad.
