SRINAGAR, Nov 22: Police today recovered body of a woman from an apple orchid in Hib Dangerpora area of Sopore in district Baramulla.
Police said that the body was later identified that of Nayeema Mohideen daughter of Ghulam Mohideen Ganie resident of Bonapora, Bahrampora. “The deceased was working in a private school”, police said.
Police have registered a case (FIR No: 81/ 2013 under Section 302/RPC) in Police Station Dangiwacha and investigation was started. The body was sent for post mortem and after completion of all medico-legal formalities the body was handed over to next of kins for last rites.
Police have detained one person for questioning so far.
