JAMMU, Apr 8: A woman allegedly ended her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence in Khour area here, police sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Vaishno Devi, wife of Rattan Lal, a resident of Khour. She was admitted in GMCH Jammu yesterday, where she breathed her last today morning.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Khour Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
