JAMMU, July 27: Secretary J&K Legislative Assembly, Renu Mahajan today arranged a ‘Wellness Workshop’ in the Legislative Assembly Secretariat especially for the women employees, wherein 30 employees participated, here.
The workshop was conducted by international coach cum trainer, Divye Duheta Mahajan, Director of Ennobler Private Limited Corporate Wellness Company. The workshop covered wellness aspects ranging from physical wellness to mental wellness. The trainer customized the program as per the needs of employees and conducted the session with lots of activities by involving them.
The program also included special reference to daily life challenges and helped employees to build their own wellness strategies wherein the trainer made sure that women employees get opportunity to speak their mind without fear and develop communication to express them effortlessly. The idea of the workshop was to bring open mindedness in the working style of women employees.
The employees promised that they will bring a new culture in the workspace of their departments in liaison with other employees of the Legislative Assembly for better work culture.
The work in wellness is a unique initiative by the first women Secretary of Legislative Assembly to bring in balance, holistic wellness and productivity amongst the employees. This is the initiative needed to be incorporated by all the departments too for making functioning of the Government department smooth and progressive.
