KATHUA, Apr 11: Water in Kathua Canal shall be released from April 13 and the Irrigation Division has been directed to ensure completion of all works for the same.
According to a circular, issued in this connection by the office of SE Hydraulic, Circle Kathua, the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Kathua has also been directed to ensure that there is no loss of life and property on scheduled date of opening of canal and the water reaches at the tail end.
