JAMMU, Feb 29: J&K Bank today gave a warm send off to its top most officer Pushup Kumar Tickoo, who superannuated as the Bank’s Executive President after serving the institution for almost four decades in different but significant capacities.
The Bank’s Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) R K Chhibber along with presidents, vice-presidents and other senior officers of the Bank attended the farewell. Speaking at the farewell, the CMD R K Chhibber hailed P K Tickoo for his immense contribution towards the institution and exemplary performance throughout his service career.
“As a colleague I have seen Tickoo Ji very closely and have always found him open, learned, contributing and consistent in his professional career. Known for his insightful knowledge and disarming humility, he was always held in high esteem by his superiors, colleagues and subordinates”, the CMD said and wished him a healthy and happy post retirement life.
Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Onkar Singh Chowdhary, Joint Director of Agriculture (Extension), Ashwani Kumar Kotwal, Subject Matter Specialist (RL) and Kewal Krishan, Mali, Agronomist (Vegetable) Jammu who retired today after rendering more than 35 years of service to the Department.
Joint Director of Agriculture, SLUB Jammu Daisy Bhan speaking on the occasion wished the retirees a very healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Warm wishes were also extended to other retiring officers and staff of the department namely Surinder Paul, SMS (DL), Jammu, Yash Paul Sharma, JAEO Samba, Mohd Sliam Khan, Field Assistant, CAO Poonch and Rajinder Singh, Tractor Cleaner.
A warm send off was today accorded to Prabhat Singh Sambyal, Assistant Director Planning and Development by District Development Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria here today in mini conference hall in presence of all the district officers. During the send off function, a memento was presented to the retiring officer by the District Development Commissioner, Samba and Chief Planning Officer Sukhleen Kour.
Dr Sunil Seru, Chief Executive Officer, Live-Stock Development Board, Jammu today attained superannuation after rendering 37 years of service. He served in different districts of Jammu and Kashmir in various capacities like Epidemiologist in Chief Animal Husbandry Office Samba and Ramban, besides Joint Director Farm in the Animal Husbandry Department.
Deputy Superintendent of J&K Police Nazir Ahmed Dar was accorded warm farewell at Police Academy Talwara after rendering 37 years of meritorious services in JK Police. The function was attended by SSPs, Deputy SPs, Inspectors, SIs and other employees of J&K Police. The officers of Police department appreciated the services of Dar and handed over Rs 75000 from Police Welfare Fund to Dar.
Aman Sharma, Executive Health Officer in Jammu University and former president of JU Non-Teaching Employees Union, retired today on attaining age of superannuation after 37 years of service. On his retirement, a warm farewell was accorded to Aman Sharma by his colleagues, seniors and juniors in the Jammu University. The JU employees lauded the services of Aman Sharma and wished him a happy post retirement life.
A farewell party was organized today by the staff of Punjab National Bank, Shalamar Road, Jammu to bid adieu to Deputy Manager, Maharaj Krishen Tickoo, who retired today after attaining the age of superannuation.
District Police Reasi today organized a simple but impressive function at the Conference Hall of District Police Lines Reasi to bid farewell to SI Ashiq Ali who attained superannuation after serving the J&K Police department for more than 41 years. SI Ashiq Ali served in Udhampur, Kathua, Jammu and Reasi Districts besides GRP Jammu.
A farewell function was organized today at all Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Office, Udhampur to bid a dieu to Padam Nabh Sadotra, Tehsil Supply Officer, on attaining superannuation. Assistant Directir, FCS&CA Udhampur, Mohd Arif Lone presented a memento to the retiring official and wished him healthy and peaceful retired life.
Speaking on the occasion, Rashmi Wazir, SSP Reasi appreciated the services of SI Ashiq Ali for J&K Police and wished him a very happy and prosperous post retirement life. Surjeet Kumar Bhagat, Additional SP Reasi, Mumtaz Ali Bhatti, Deputy SP DAR DPL Reasi and Waseem Mehmood, Deputy SP Hqrs Reasi also attended the function.
Balinder Kumar, Master at Government Middle School, Pandori (Kathua) retired today on attaining the age of superannuation after rendering 27 years of service in the Department.
A warm send off was given to Bishan Dass, Chauffer, in PHE Mechanical Rural Division, Jammu by PHE Department Driver Cleaners Union, Jammu on his retirement after attaining the age of superannuation. The office of District Rural Development Agencies (DRDA) Department Doda today organized a function to accord a warm farewell to Preetam Singh Rana, who was working as driver at DRDA Doda. Rana attained superannuation after rendering more than 34 years of service in the DRDA department. All the officers and officials of RDD and DRDA Department wished him a healthy and prosperous post-retirement life.
