Vaid meets Nadda, invites him to visit J&K

JAMMU, July 13: Senior BJP leader and additional secretary (protocol), J&K, Shailender Vaid today called on BJP National president JP Nadda at party headquarters in New Delhi.
During his interaction with the party president, Vaid apprised him about the latest political situation in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir. Vaid also extended an invitation to the BJP president to visit the Union Territory in the near future to boost the morale of the party workers and review the performance of the party activities.
Vaid told BJP president that the party workers are working hard for creating awareness among the masses in all the party programs. He said, under the guidance of the Central party leaders and local unit chief, the party leaders are toiling hard to increase the reach of the party to far flung areas.
Nadda asked Vaid to work hard for the welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and also try to strengthen the position of the party in the Union Territory.
