UDHAMPUR, Jan 6: Udhampur and Rehambal Police traced out two missing girls including one minor.
As per police sources, a complaint was received by Police Station Udhampur regarding a girl hailing from Sattani area, who went missing from her workplace.
Acting over the complaint, police teams led by SHO Udhampur Inspector Sanjeev Chib and assisted by Incharge Roun Domail Police Post conducted raids in several areas and finally traced out the girl from Batote area of District Ramban.
In another case, a complaint was received by Police Station Rehambal regarding missing of a minor girl hailing from Muttal area of Tikri, Udhampur.
A case under FIR Number 4/19 under section 363 RPC was registered at Police Station Rehambal and hunt was launched to recover the girl.
On specific information, SHO Rehambal Inspector Paramjeet Singh and assisted by Incharge Police Post Tikri Pawan Dogra recovered the girl from Katra in District Reasi.
After completing legal formalities, the girls have been handed over to family members.
