JAMMU, Sept 10: Principal Sessions Court Kulgam has convicted two accused in a double murder case for killing a young couple on the intervening night of June 29-30, 2009 in village Behibagh, district Kulgam.
The court after convicting the accused has now fixed the case for hearing on quantum of sentence on September 12, 2022.
After hearing arguments of the Counsels for both the sides the court will decide whether the accused deserves life imprisonment or death penalty.
The Sessions Court Kulgam was presided over by Tahir Khurshid Raina, District and Sessions Judge, Kulgam.
