JAMMU, Apr 9: High Court today ordered transfers and postings of District and Sessions Judges.
According to the order issued by Suresh Kumar Sharma, Registrar General of the High Court, Rakesh Sagar Jain, presently Registrar Judicial High Court Jammu Wing has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu against the vacant post.
Rashid Ali Dar, presently Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar against the vacant post.
Ashok Sharma, Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial High Court, Jammu Wing. Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Additional District and Sessions Judge Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri.
Ashok Kumar Koul, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kathua has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance High Court. Vinod Chatterji Koul, Registrar Vigilance High Court has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Kathua. Shahzad Azeem, District Judge Leave Reserve High Court, Jammu Wing has been transferred and posted as President Divisional Consumer Protection Forum Jammu.
Yash Pal Bourney, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla and Mohan Singh Parihar, President Divisional Consumer Protection Forum Jammu has been transferred and posted as 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge Jammu.
