It is a matter of great concern that there are massive traffic jams on the roads every day in the Jammu city.
Even if the police officials are always busy in clearing the vehicles on the roads, still there are large traffic jams on roads. The vehicle owners often park their vehicles outside the parking areas. Some of the vehicles are seen parked hapazardly on the roads. Matadors and buses stop in middle of the road to pick up passengers or drop them. It has also been seen that during the jams the vehicle owners try to steal every inch of space thereby creating chaos and confusion.
It takes commuters long hours of journey from one place to another due to roadside jams. It is appealed to the vehicle owners not to park their vehicles outside the parking areas or indulge in rash driving.
