JAMMU, May 18: Thieves decamped with silver ornaments and Rs 27,000 in cash from the house of Devinder Parmar of Gurah Morh, Smailpur in Bari Brahmana tehsil this afternoon.
A case has been registered by Rita Parmar wife of Devinder Parmar in Police Station Bari Brahmana in this regard later.
She said after returning from school, where she is working, found that the main door of the house was broken, all house hold goods were ransacked and silver ornaments as well as Rs 27,000 in cash was missing from the house. In the report she also said that her son Danish Kumar was at Smailpur.
