JAMMU, Dec 18: Three unidentified boys tonight launched a physical attack on a teen-aged boy at Shaheedi Chowk and left him badly injured.
According to a police official, the victim has been identified as Sajid Ahmed Khan (17) son of Abdul Majid Khan, resident of Doda (at present Gujjar Nagar). He was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment.
The official said that a case in this connection was registered at police station Peer Mitha and one of the accused identified as Jahangir son of Ahsan Bhat, resident of Chak (Bhaderwah) was arrested while efforts were on to nab the other accused, who were at large.
