JAMMU, May 10: In a meeting of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum, Teachers and Masters of Majalata and Babey Zones constituted Zonal Bodies of the Forum.
The Zonal Body of Majalata Zone has Shubdev Singh as its President while other office bearers are Tirath Ram, Sr. Vice President; Surjit Pal Singh, Vice President; Romesh Lalotra, General Secretary; Romesh Singh, Secretary; Surinder Lakhotra, Press Secretary; Subash Chander, Zonal Coordinator; Raman Kumar, Cashier; Renu Malhotra, Organiser; Davinder Singh, Additional Secretary; Rajinder Gupta, Liaqat Ali and Rajinder Singh, all Advisors; Anju Slathia, Information Secretary and Shiv Kumar, Additional Secretary.
The Zonal Body of Babey Zone has Raj Kumar Badyal as its President while other office bearers are Narinder Kumar, Sr. Vice President; Raghunandan Sharma, Vice President; Gian Singh, General Secretary; Darshan Sharma, Cashier; Ashok Kumar, Organiser; Ashok Kumar, Zonal Coordinator and Ajeet Kumar, Asstt Coordinator.
Earlier Masters and Teachers of both the Zones highlighted the demand of salary of Masters known as Head Teachers and other related issues.
