JAMMU, May 28: To discuss the problems confronting the residents, Swarn Vihar Welfare Association held a meeting under the chairmanship of its president, SN Raina at Swarn Vihar Public Park, here.
Mr Raina said that the residents of the Colony want un-interrupted power supply in hot and humid summers so that water supply remains regular.
The meeting said that the Welfare Committee has several times approached RTO Jammu for plying matador service from Swarn Vihar to KC Chowk, adding that no concrete action has been taken in the matter till date, despite the fact that RTO has issued order with regard to plying of matador service in the Colony, having Order No. MA 2018-19 dated 9-01-2018.
The issue of proper drainage in the area was also discussed on the occasion.
