MENDHAR, Jan 27: A Tata Sumo was burnt by some unknown people at village Kalaban while two buffaloes were charred to death after a cattle shed at Ari village caught fire in Mendhar tehsil of district Poonch last night.
Reports said Tata Sumo of Naib Sarpanch Kalaban, Mohd Fazal, bearing registration No. JK-12/2898 was burnt my some unknown people when it had been parked at village last night. The owner came to know about the incident only in the morning. He reported the matter to police. The police registered a case and started investigation.
In yet another fire incident, cattle shed of one Mohd Ishfaq of village Ari, caught fire during last night under mysterious circumstances. Two buffaloes of the villagers were charred to death. He reported the matter to police in the morning. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
