There is a huge change in the country now as most toppers in Civil Services and other competitive examinations now come from humble background like government schools and Navodaya Vidiyalayas in rural areas and not from convents etc.
The Union Minister said that presently the disadvantaged Section of the Society has become empowered and the level of self esteem has gone up which has come in the younger generation that constitutes 70 percent of country’s population.
