JAMMU, June 11: All J&K SRTC Volunteer Retired Employees Association held a demonstration under the leadership of Dev Raj Bali and Surinder Singh, general secretary outside Press Club, today.
The protestors strongly criticized the adamant attitude of State Government towards the VRS/GHS employees of SRTC who have been raising their demands for last four years.
They raised other demands like of 126 slabs of COLA pending since 1999 and Sixth Pay Commission and arrears.
Others present on the occasion were Kulbir Singh, J D Singh, B V Sharma, Prem Nath, Ehsan Elahi, Surjit Singh, Surinder Singh, Sain Mohd etc.
