BHADERWAH, June 11: Two persons were held along with 88 kilograms of forest produce (nagchatri).
As per police sources, police party deployed at Bhalla intercepted a Alto car bearing registration number HP73-4240, which was on its way from Dugli (Bhalla) towards Doda.
During search, police recovered 88 kilograms of forest produce (nagchatri) and arrested two persons, who have been identified as Farooq Ahmed, son of Mohammad Shafi of Kehar Chamba, Himachal Pardeash and Bhutto, son of Mohammad Hanif of Dongar Khellar, Chamba, Himachal Pradesh.
A case under FIR number 74/14 under Section 379 RPC and 6 Forest Act stands registered at Bhaderwah police station against the accused and investigation started.
