JAMMU, July 4: A Special Police Officer (SPO) of J&K Police, who had received a head injury due to fall from some height on June 12, expired today at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
The deceased SPO has been identified as Dwarka Nath (36) son of Prem Dass of Jakhad in Udhampur district. He was undergoing treatment here at GMCH since June 12. He passed away today.
The dead body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites after conducting postmortem. The concerned police has also taken cognizance.
