SRINAGAR, Feb 1: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) North Kashmir Range (NKR) Gareeb Dass today ordered the transfer of six police officers in the interest of administration.
The DIG Das ordered the transfer of six inspectors including Dilraj Singh 7305/NGO (from Sopore to Baramulla), Abdul Rashid 1103/NGO (from Baramula to Handwara) Hafizullah Mir 4470/ NGO (from Kupwara to Bandipora) Javid Ahmad 7186/ NGO (from Kupwara to Bandipora) Pir Atiqullah 4514/ NGO (from Sopore to Kupwara) and Khursheed-ur-Rehman 4475/ NGO (from Sopore to Kupwara).
In addition to above, Inspector Tanveer Ahmad 7554/NGO, who stands transferred to South Kashmir Range (SKR) Anantnag vide ZPQH order number 116/2015 dated 19/02/2015, was relieved to his new place of posting with immediate effect. The transfer of Dilraj Singh to Handwara has also been cancelled.
