JAMMU, Sept 23: All J&K Labana Sabha (AJKLS) here today demanded simplifying of online process for issuing category certificate to SC/ST/OBCs.
In a handout AJKLS president, Lakhbir Singh Labana urged the J&K UT administration that Labana community is educationally and socially backward and mostly living in rural areas and is also not fully aware of the digital system while network problems also remain there in rural areas due to which these people face problems in getting category certificates.
He urged upon J&K LG, to implement online system in urban areas but keep offline system in rural areas till all the Niabats and Tehsil offices are fully equipped with digital infrastructure and trained-public friendly clerical staff.
