Shohab nominated as member PU Research Studies Board

JAMMU, May 19: Shohab Inayat Malik, Professor of Urdu, University of Jammu, has been nominated as the member of Board of Research Studies in Urdu of Punjab University Chandigarh. His nomination has been made by Vice Chancellor Punjab University.
Presently Prof Shohab is working as Director Kishtwar Campus, University of Jammu, He is associated with various Governmental organizations of the country. Prof Shohab is also Convener, Board of Studies in Urdu, Arabic and Persian of Jammu University, Member Board of Studies in Urdu, Kashmir University, Members of various committees of National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL) New Delhi and Member Board of Research Studies of Choudhary Charan Singh University Meerut.  Prof  Shohab is the prolific Urdu writer, who has written 15 Urdu books. He is the reputed columnist of the State and  also general secretary of All India University Urdu Teachers Association. Besides he is also the State secretary AFRO Asian Writers Association having its head office at Egypt.
