JAMMU, Oct 11: As the countdown to Jammu and Kashmir’s Union Territory has started, the J&K unit of Shivsena Bala Saheb Thackeray has appealed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to give special exemption to the youth of J&K for educational institutions and employment.
While addressing media person here today, State chief Manish Sahni said that J&K is standing on the front line as compared to other states on unemployment. Sahni further said that under the garb of Article 370, there was lack of resources and limited opportunities for the youth to refine their talent.
One can guess how backward Kashmir is with the fact that people of Kashmir had seen the train running for the first time in 2008, he said, adding, if special exemption in education and employment is not given to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, Shivsena will become the voice of the youth on the streets and will protest.
