JAMMU, Nov 6: Mohan Lal Koul has been elected new president of Shiv Mandir Welfare Committee, Saraswati Vihar Barnai, the elections of which were held here, today through secret ballot. He replaced Avtar Krishan Dhar.
The other members of the Committee included Sunil Raina, vice president, Mohan Lal Bhat , cashier cum accountant, P K Bhat general secretary, Chaman Lal Raina, advisor. Ravi Ji Koul, Rattan Lal Pandita and Mohan Lal Haksar were elected as members.
