JAMMU, July 5: In order to cope up with the demand of better roads in Jammu West, State vice president, BJP and MLA Sat Sharma (CA) started the construction works for roads in Ward Number 32, Interrogation Lane area of Talab Tillo. Sharma started the works in the presence of officials of PWD (R&B), local residents, social and political activists of the area.
The works will be done under the supervision of PWD (R&B) department at an estimated cost of around Rupees 10 lakhs.
Addressing the gathering, Sat Sharma (CA) said that he is committed to provide best infrastructure to the residents of his Constituency and will work hard to achieve milestones which could make Jammu West a model Constituency in the future.
He said that resurfacing of main roads will also be started shortly and the concerned department is also looking into the matter.
