JAMMU, Aug 18: A meeting of National Conference Women Wing, Marh block was held at Patoli which was attended by hundreds of women workers of different Panchayats of block Marh.
Minister for Planning and Development, Labour and Employment, Ajay Sadhotra while addressing the gathering stated that the women folk have to play an important role for the development of the State and to save the system from the exploitation by the communal and divisive forces.
He further called upon the women folk to come forward and contribute in the development of the State.
Minister also stated that empowerment of the women is must to make a healthy and meaningful society as the women are also marching ahead with the men to contribute for a better future and the welfare of all.
