Reen visits Bathindi, Sunjwan

Jammu, Aug 3: People’s Democratic Party candidate for Gandhi Nagar Assembly segment, Amrik Singh Reen today visited Bathindi and Sunjwan. Residents of the area briefed him about the problems faced by the locals. This was stated in a party statement issued here today.
The residents expressed concern over the lack of basic amenities of life and ramshackle condition of electricity transformers. They appealed to Reen to press the Government to meet their genuine demands. The residents said that most of the roads, sanitation system and electric transformers were in outdated condition. They said that the elected representatives of the area did not take interest to resolve their problems. They said that the residents of the area are confronted with numerous problems of sanitation, road and electricity.
There are no streets lights on the internal roads of the colony, which frequently led to untoward incident.
Reen assured them to take all their problems with concerned authorities for their redressal.
